    I hope the owner can see it. We bought the product of AmerTac from lowe's (market name:Westek). The bought because it said there is one year mfg warranty. The warranty is a fake. We called AmerTac, and they pissed customers off. They asked us to pay expense shipping to them first. The man on the phone who claimed to be the customer manager of AmerTac spoke very negative words on customers. Basically they have bad products. They have a fake warranty for marketing. But they do not want to replace their products. They ask you to pay expensive fees at head when you want to claim your warranty. We want to speak to their higher management, but the customer manager refuses to do that. He kept denying the problems of their products and their manger is very angry and very aggressive to customers. For the best interests of customers, the product of AmerTac should be banned from Lowe's immediately!

    This has been the worst customer service experience of my life! I ordered an oven over a month ago. I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I took a day off of work the day it was supposed to be delivered. I received no phone calls from Lowe's and when I called them they told me that it had been delayed for 3 weeks. I got a new delivery date and again, with no phone call or information from Lowe's the oven did not get delivered. I now have a new delivery date in another week, six weeks from the day I ordered it. Just now I was told that it's back ordered. I wish somebody had told me that 6 weeks ago or at least had the courtesy to call me and tell me that it had been delayed.

    Awful service. Employees clearly don't want to be there. Communication is very poor especially when it comes to the installation services. When we called and spoke with the assistant store manager, he did not seem to be overly concerned when we said that we would never do business with Lowe's again. He did not want to take responsibility for the fact that the service we had paid for over a month ago had still not been delivered. Dealing with Lowe's has been highly unpleasant. I will be cancelling my Lowe's credit card today. Will never go back.
